Consumer Health Technologies, a top-tier US-based software company, is looking for Corporate Lawyer to join its team in Ukraine, focusing on rendering comprehensive legal council on corporate law issues, as well as representing the company’s interests in court.
Corporate lawyer
Requirements:
• higher education (degree in law is a must);
• 5+ years of legal practice;
• experience in corporate, tax, labor, civil and contract laws;
• experience in representing and defending client’s interests in the legal and executive authorities;
• ability to conduct negotiations at various levels;
• fluent legal English
• attention to details, responsibility, excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
• provide counseling on general legal issues;
• render legal support to financial and real estate transactions;
• draft, review and negotiate a wide range of internal documents, agreements and related documentation;
• represent the company's interests in court;
• analyze and envisage possible legal consequences of cases, using knowledge of legal precedent
• represent the company in state authorities;
• support with private entrepreneurs registration.
