Personnel agency Lugera & Makler Ukraine is looking for its client a person for the position Head of Marketing & Sales.
Our client is a company is a leading Ukrainian producer of special steels. Company manufactures products in stainless, tool, high-speed, bearing and alloy structural steel grades as well as nickel-based heat-resistant alloys. Today company holds leadership positions in the market-places of Ukraine, the CIS as well as Europe and supplies its products to more than 50 countries. Active efforts are made to develop distribution channels in America and Asia.
Job Description:
- Being responsible for all marketing and sales activities and sales plan achievement
- Successfully managing relations with existing customers
- Being responsible for identifying and growing new accounts, new markets, new distribution channels world-wide with the goal to increase market share and sales volume
- Contributing market intelligence and smart promotion programs to enhance the marketing effort and brand equity
- Having ability to travel 25-50% as necessary to achieve goals
- Attending regular meetings in the corporate headquarters and the mill
- Managing, developing and motivating around 30 employees and representative offices in Europe, Russia and Switzerland
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
Requested:
- University degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in special * stainless steel industry (leading positions)
- Proven international sales and business development experience
- Good knowledge of potential consumers, well-connected in the related environment; potential to bring new customers and new volume in the closest future will be an advantage
- Outstanding management and leadership skills
- Good commercial knowledge of international trade customs and practices in the field; knowledge of logistics
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines; to manage multiple tasks and stress is essential
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English and Russian language is a must, any other language is a big advantage
