Leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging is looking for Quality Manager.
Main requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience at equal position
• Efficient team leader (7+ subordinates)
• Strong leadership skills, team player, excellent communicator/ presenter, goal oriented attitude
ability to work under pressure, positive mindset, strong motivation
• Level of English - intermediate
• University engineering degree
• Experienced PC user (MS Office, Outlook, SAP, etc. )
Responsibilities:
• Understanding of the results and goals of the Plant;
• Auditing of the Quality systems at the Plant;
• Human Resource Management of the Quality Team;
• Communication on Quality issues to staff;
• Test methods;
• To be aware of basic concepts about «The reliability of equipment work» system.
• Organise training programmes for the Quality employees;
• Organisation of trials for new products;
• To organize the inquisitions of accidents and quality failures and also inquire the reasons connected with the claims from the users about product quality.
• To keep up the system of collection comparison and data evaluation about plastic bottle quality.
• Implementation and co-ordination of 19 Key Elements;
• Key developer and user of Health & Safety and Training database;
• Manage and co-ordinate analysis of Quality data and make corrective action where necessary to guarantee ‘High Quality Performance’;
• Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and supervision of competence;
• Implementation of statistical methods to ensure improvements are made;
• Key projects;
• Management of Plant Health & Safety;
• Guarantee high standards of Personnel Hygiene;
